Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably business-related (equivalent experience will also be considered)
  • 5+ years of project involvement
  • Experience in Finance operations or Customer Service preferred
  • Project Management knowledge/certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile) is an advantage
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
  • Strong project management skills and capabilities
  • Experience in successfully leading project results and working on big projects
  • Ability to work independently, proactively and collaboratively across teams
  • Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously, efficient in time management

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate between cross-functional, geographically distributed project teams to achieve desired outcomes
  • Handle interdependencies and support the lead project governance bodies and project workstreams
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely and excellent execution of programs across various departments and businesses through regular project plan reviews and achievement tracking
  • Coordinate the planning and logistics of conceptualization sessions, feasibility studies, process assessments and design workshops
  • Responsible for delivery of Service Delivery Model for smaller projects by translating customer requirements (As Is State) into the Future State, performing risks & process readiness assessments, or assisting Manager with larger projects
  • Assist in the successful execution of project plans and timely results
  • Conduct periodic project plan assessments to ensure readiness and quality
  • Lead and implement middle-sized projects or defined areas of major projects
  • Manage project requirements, results and progress throughout the project's lifecycle
  • Implement suitable approaches to ensure timely completion of project results and objectives
  • Identify and handle risks, issues, actions, decisions, and interdependencies
  • Resolve issues and handle critical path processes related to project delivery
  • Capture project information, documents and communicate project status, results, and barriers
  • Own the customer concern process in case of critical issues and strive to find mitigation strategies
  • Responsible for regular reporting and clear communication of project outcomes
  • Lead and report the project portfolio of a specific business or workstream, drive portfolio progress, act as single source of truth for the overall health and savings pipeline
  • People management of Project Coordinator individuals and support in the development and mentoring of team members
