Requirements

Strong project management expertise, including scheduling, release planning, resource allocation, risk identification and mitigation, performance management, stakeholder communication, dependency and change management
Deep understanding of Agile principles and delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (Scrum-at-Scale, SAFe, LeSS)
Proven track record in coaching teams and stakeholders in Agile practices
Executive presence and facilitation skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
Skilled in negotiation and presentation
Self-starter who takes initiative and drives work forward without waiting for direction

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end delivery of software projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
Facilitate project planning, release scheduling, and change management
Track and communicate progress toward goals and milestones
Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID) early and effectively
Provide agile coaching to development teams and product partners
Promote iterative and incremental delivery of value
Lead retrospectives and analyze metrics to drive continuous improvement
Support teams in staying focused, organized, and aligned with delivery goals
Coordinate dependencies and foster communication across teams
Maintain clear and timely communication with stakeholders at all levels
Track meeting minutes, actions, and follow-ups to ensure accountability
