Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree and have experience managing medium-sized customer projects during the implementation lifecycle, serving as the primary point of contact for high-touch clients, and prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements. They should also be able to identify potential implementation risks and develop mitigation strategies, evaluate customer business processes, and create and maintain project plans and documentation.

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing the client with a project plan, overseeing discovery and requirements gathering, ensuring appropriate training, and tracking progress against milestones and budgetary guidelines. You will serve as an advisor to the customer as they improve their online processes, evaluate and assess customer business processes, and enable customers to utilize the AMANDA Product. Additionally, you will participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings, collaborate with internal partners, and be responsible for Granicus information security by preserving the CIA of Granicus information assets.
