This Project Manager role is part of the Granicus Digital Services Implementation Team, specifically within the customer engagement arm. The Implementation Services (IS) team helps government agencies create valuable online services and improve community support through strategic experience management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage medium-sized customer projects throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-touch clients, offering insights on system performance, best practices, and account status (enhancement requests, support tickets).
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  • Advise customers on improving their online processes, focusing on user experience.
  • Track project progress against milestones, budgets, and performance indicators, and report to senior management.
  • Create and maintain project plans, status reports, and other project documentation.
  • Identify and mitigate potential implementation risks proactively.
  • Evaluate and assess customer business processes to anticipate requirements, identify improvement areas, and develop/implement solutions.
  • Enable customers to effectively utilize the AMANDA Product by creating project plans aligned with their implementation goals.
  • Participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings, providing feedback to the team.
  • Collaborate with internal partners, fostering relationships to support their efforts and product delivery.
