The Project Manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of digital marketing projects, including SEO, Paid Media, website, lifecycle marketing, organic social, content, and PR, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards. This client-facing role involves serving as the main point of contact for franchise and multi-location clients, managing expectations, setting project scopes and timelines, and ensuring project profitability. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, creating deadlines, overseeing development and testing, managing launch activities, leading team meetings, communicating status updates, obtaining client approvals, addressing bottlenecks, and recommending process improvements. The role also involves building relationships with stakeholders, assisting the sales team, and staying current with industry trends.
