Requirements

  • Advanced/Fluent English (client and team are based in the USA)
  • Solid knowledge of the fundamentals of project management
  • Experience using task, time and resource management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Wrike or similar)
  • Familiarity with waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in delivering digital projects in an advertising agency
  • Ability to produce clear reports and presentations
  • Minimum of 3 years in project management in an advertising or marketing agency
  • Experience creating scopes, schedules, budgets and managing deliverables
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Flexibility to adapt to new processes or directions
  • Appreciation of teamwork
  • Knowledge of the broader marketing mix (advantageous)
  • Understanding of the technologies and processes involved in managing digital project delivery within an agency environment (advantageous)
