Candidates should possess at least two years of experience leading complex design or product development projects, demonstrating a strategic mindset and the ability to communicate clearly with diverse teams and clients. They should be organized, proactive, and collaborative, comfortable managing project plans, budgets, and client needs with professionalism and care.
The Project Manager will collaborate closely with creative directors, program and project managers, design leads, and client partners to build strong working relationships, represent Teague with professionalism, champion both client goals and internal team success through clear communication, and help clients understand and navigate Teague’s capabilities. They will also demonstrate accountability by learning from mistakes, seeking feedback, and continuously improving execution, and present work with care.
