Requirements

At least 10 years of proven experience as a Project Manager delivering product implementation projects for banking clients
Hands-on experience managing retail and commercial banking projects
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Demonstrated ability to manage integrations with systems such as core banking, CRM, and third-party services
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to handle complex projects
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Experience with tools like MS Project, DevOps
PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end implementation projects for retail and commercial banking, ensuring solutions meet client needs and business objectives
Oversee system implementations and integrations, including ProLender, core banking systems, and third-party solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for both retail and commercial banking projects
Lead cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, testers, and vendors, to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
Monitor and manage project timelines, risks, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including AML, CRA forms, and other industry and geo-specific standards
Address production issues, coordinate enhancements, and ensure post-go-live support
Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and adoption of best practices
Ensure adherence to project governance, compliance, and quality standards throughout the delivery process
Provide regular updates to senior leadership and clients on project progress, milestones, and KPIs
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the project team
