Candidates are required to possess a Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field, and must have at least 10 years of experience in managing design and construction projects, with working knowledge of large construction renovation projects. Familiarity with construction drawings, security requirements, and code compliance is also necessary.
The Project Manager will lead teams and coordinate internal staff resources, providing support in project planning, procurement, design, construction, and client satisfaction. They will perform on-site construction management duties during various project phases, interface with clients to define project requirements, develop high-level planning schedules, inspect and monitor on-site processes, lead the construction quality assurance process, coordinate and monitor project activities, conduct comprehensive reviews of submittals, provide project administration and contract administration duties, generate professional deliverables, assist the Owner with acquisition planning, and provide technical support to customers and stakeholders.
