Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with major in Mechanical Engineering, Business English/International Trade, etc
  • Valves Project Management experience; familiar with Customer Project Management; Nuclear Industry experience is an advantage
  • Sound oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Ability to plan and control workload in a fast-moving environment
  • Willing and able to travel up to 10% of the time within assigned region
  • Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP, etc
  • Successful team player with ability to work independently and excellent problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for customer project management (wing-to-wing process management) in a non-supervisory role
  • Develop an operational annual plan for own department activities and suggest improvements in products, processes, and procedures
  • Work on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks, with some latitude to deviate from those conditions
  • Receive and check order commercial clearance from customer, clarify the order via meetings, and finish order loading in ERP system
  • Load order into milestone system, monitor order progress, and report to customer
  • Coordinate witness requests, shipment arrangements, and sales reports for booking and shipment plans
  • Handle project documents and customer documents, manage customer milestone payments, resolve disputes, and collect AR on time
