Responsibilities

Accountable for execution and governance of prioritised Projects
Delivery partner to the Engineering, Infrastructure & Operations leadership team
Responsible for project planning, execution and communication
Leading the maturity of delivery process (e.g. Scrum, Waterfall)
Collaborating across platform to support end to end value delivery process
Supporting local platform Metrics, Reporting and Risk Management processes
Project management (building governance and communication structure, implementation in the required scope, time, costs and quality)
Communicating and agreeing changes within the project with Business sponsors or key project Stakeholders
Planning, organizing, monitoring, controlling and evaluating operations related to the project realization
Administering change requirements
Continuous results and overall status of the project reports to the project sponsor, business and IT key stakeholders
Building communication within the project both internal communication to the project team and external communication to the customer, sub-supplier
With the support of relevant specialists, specifies project’s issues and risks, takes measures to solve them; in complicated cases discusses relevant measures with business project owner, project sponsor and key stakeholders
Responsible for using proper methodology, tools for project management and for managing project documentation
Participating in the process of the preparation of the business offer, functional and technical specifications of systems relevant for the assigned project
