Implementation Project Manager

Candidates must be transitioning service members eligible for the SkillBridge program or military spouses eligible for the Military Spouse Fellowship Program, holding a Bachelor’s degree or at least 4 years of relevant experience managing multiple small to large-scale projects and/or people leadership. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required, and preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Business Management, PMP and/or Six Sigma certifications, and working knowledge of MS Project and Visio.
The Project Manager will utilize Humana’s Centralized Medicaid training and military experience to complete market projects, design and implement operational plans, monitor progress against the project plan, identify and gather resources, participate in meetings and prepare reports, set priorities and allocate tasks, coordinate project staff, understand department strategy, facilitate meetings to resolve issues, make decisions regarding own work, and follow established guidelines. They will also work with subject matter experts to develop business processes and contribute to market operations.
