Requirements
Candidates should possess excellent organization, time management, and communication skills. Experience in managing projects at a service provider to a large retailer, bank, or other enterprise is required. Proficiency in Jira or other project management software is a must, along with familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies. Experience in account management or customer-facing positions, as well as in retail media and/or advertising, is considered an asset. A proactive mindset and the ability to independently identify opportunities for process improvement are essential. Experience in entrepreneurship and/or product management is also advantageous.
Responsibilities
The Project Manager will manage new and existing projects at retailer clients, successfully delivering challenging projects and goals across multiple organizations. They will own program communication, accelerating projects by driving timely decisions, clearing and reporting on blockers, and escalating issues as necessary. The role includes influencing the design and development of strategic processes and sharing best practices across Vantage for project management. Additionally, they will manage post-launch retrospectives to create efficiencies and foster a culture of continuous improvement, while building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on goals and expectations.
