Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
4+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or the life sciences sector
cGMP and regulatory requirement understanding
Experience in project management tools (Microsoft Project/Primavera or similar)
Leadership Competencies: Deliver Business Growth Strategies (creates strategies to balance short-term requirements with long-range business plans, pursues meaningful initiatives to capitalize on strengths, market opportunities, and counter competitive threats, aligns strategic priorities of own area with current direction and strategic priorities of the broader organization)

Responsibilities

Interprets client’s needs, assesses requirements, and identifies solutions to non-standard requests
Works collaboratively to facilitate client and ensure alignment and best practices adopted
Directs the accomplishment of the scope of work as defined within a proposal or contract
Identifies requested work that falls outside of the current proposal/contract and initiates a scope change per CAI Procedure, Project Management prior to performing any out-of-scope work
Performs Project safety assessment
Submits monthly status reports to the customer and others
Manages deliverables
