Studying for a degree in a Business Management based discipline
British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship
Able to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS)

Responsibilities

Project Control
Help deliver technology and engineering projects with on-the-job training from project managers and controllers
Develop analytical skills to define and develop plans, maintain work and cost breakdown structures, and create performance reports
Adapt communication style for business partners, including engineers, other business areas, external customers, and project partners
Build influencing, communication, motivation, and team building skills to encourage project teams to meet schedule and cost objectives
Gain broad understanding of the business through hands-on roles
Project Management
Update project plans
Prepare cost reports for presentation to senior management
Update Risk Registers
Work with metrics to identify and implement improvements in reporting methods and project planning processes
Identify and locate project kit at UK sites, including travel to physical locations
Prepare a “how to” guide on the documentation suite required for contracts
Develop fundamental Project Management skills such as communication, time management, and organisation
Support senior managers
Develop presentation skills
Develop influencing skills
Use programming and risk tools
