Requirements

Studying for a degree in a Business Management discipline
Interest in the company's products and the technical aspect of the projects
British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship
Ability to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS)

Responsibilities

Updating project plans
Preparing cost reports from the project for presentation to senior management
Updating Risk Registers
Working with metrics to identify and implement improvements in existing reporting methods and project planning processes
Identifying and locating project kit at a number of UK sites, travelling to physical locations where necessary
Preparing a “how to” guide on the documentation suite required for contracts
Defining and developing sophisticated plans
Maintaining work and cost breakdown structures
Creating a variety of performance reports
Adapting communication style for a variety of business partners, including engineers, other business areas, external customers, and project partners
Encouraging wider project teams to meet schedule and cost objectives through influencing, communication, motivation, and team building
