Requirements

  • Studying for a degree in a Business Management discipline
  • Interest in the company's products and the technical aspect of the projects
  • British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship
  • Ability to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS)

Responsibilities

  • Updating project plans
  • Preparing cost reports from the project for presentation to senior management
  • Updating Risk Registers
  • Working with metrics to identify and implement improvements in existing reporting methods and project planning processes
  • Identifying and locating project kit at a number of UK sites, travelling to physical locations where necessary
  • Preparing a “how to” guide on the documentation suite required for contracts
  • Defining and developing sophisticated plans
  • Maintaining work and cost breakdown structures
  • Creating a variety of performance reports
  • Adapting communication style for a variety of business partners, including engineers, other business areas, external customers, and project partners
  • Encouraging wider project teams to meet schedule and cost objectives through influencing, communication, motivation, and team building
