Responsibilities

Fachliche Leitung und Koordination von interdisziplinären Projektteams zur Umsetzung von Entwicklungsprojekten in der Serienentwicklung mit Schwerpunkt OP-Tische, Operationsleuchten und Medizinische Versorgungseinheiten
Planung, Motivation und Koordination der internationalen und interdisziplinären Projektteams
Multiprojektmanagement-Controlling von Projektfortschritt, Kosten sowie Ressourcen, sowie Einleitung von Gegenmaßnahmen zum Erreichen der Projektziele
Enge Zusammenarbeit in der abteilungsübergreifenden Entwicklung bzgl. innovativen Konzepten und Produktlösungen
Sicherstellen der Entwicklungsqualität und einer audit-sicheren Produktdokumentation im regulierten Umfeld
Enge Zusammenarbeit zur Sicherung der Kundenzufriedenheit mit dem Einkauf, Qualitäts- und Produktmanagement sowie den Serviceteam
Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen zur Steigerung der Entwicklungseffizienz und -qualität
