Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium der Medizintechnik oder Mechatronik oder Nachweis einer vergleichbaren Ausbildung/Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten und in der Führung von interdisziplinären Teams, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
  • Erfahrungen im regulierten Umfeld (EN ISO 13485, euMDR, 21 CFR 820, Medical Design Controls, Risikomanagement für Medizinprodukte)
  • Sehr hohe Eigenmotivation, Kommunikationstalent und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Sehr gute Planungs- und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Erfahrungen in der Entwicklung und Dokumentation von Medizinprodukten nach normativen Anforderungen im internationalen Umfeld
  • Zielgerichtete, strukturierte, ergebnisorientierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Zusätzlich zur deutschen Sprache, professionelles Business-Englisch
  • Bereitschaft für Reisetätigkeiten

Responsibilities

  • Fachliche Leitung und Koordination von interdisziplinären Projektteams zur Umsetzung von Entwicklungsprojekten in der Serienentwicklung mit Schwerpunkt OP-Tische, Operationsleuchten und Medizinische Versorgungseinheiten
  • Planung, Motivation und Koordination der internationalen und interdisziplinären Projektteams
  • Multiprojektmanagement-Controlling von Projektfortschritt, Kosten sowie Ressourcen, sowie Einleitung von Gegenmaßnahmen zum Erreichen der Projektziele
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit in der abteilungsübergreifenden Entwicklung bzgl. innovativen Konzepten und Produktlösungen
  • Sicherstellen der Entwicklungsqualität und einer audit-sicheren Produktdokumentation im regulierten Umfeld
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit zur Sicherung der Kundenzufriedenheit mit dem Einkauf, Qualitäts- und Produktmanagement sowie den Serviceteam
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen zur Steigerung der Entwicklungseffizienz und -qualität
