Responsibilities

  • Program leadership of projects delivering unified, consistent, and best-in-class digital customer experience for FreeStyle Libre platform customers
  • Drive complex projects to improve NPS, acquisition, retention targets, and other key experience metrics
  • Lead projects such as improving operational efficiencies in complaint investigation processes, reducing average handling time of customer calls by improving data access, and automating warranty replacement handling
  • Work with cross-functional teams to set strategy, evaluate ideas, prioritize features, define releases, manage product roadmap, timelines, and budget
  • Coordinate with cross-functional ADC and Abbott team members worldwide
  • Report project status and progress to ADC senior Management
