Ability to harmonize strategies and integrate efforts across multiple projects
Experience working closely with functional Project Managers, Product Owners, and Subject Matter Experts from IT, R&D, Commercial, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and other functions
Capability to lead project planning, scheduling, budgets, risk/issue monitoring, and reporting
Proficiency in executing programs to completion and assuring successful market entry
Skills in big picture thinking and problem-solving for project execution
Strong drive for clear communication and issue resolution in cross-functional problem solving
Ability to coordinate with Project Owners, functional managers, and management to prioritize activities, balancing resources, deliverables, schedule, and business needs
Competence in serving as the connection between project execution teams and management, including escalating issues, seeking support, taking action on shifts in direction, and simplifying communications
Expertise in confirming ongoing strategic rationale and value proposition for projects

Responsibilities

Program leadership of projects delivering unified, consistent, and best-in-class digital customer experience for FreeStyle Libre platform customers
Drive complex projects to improve NPS, acquisition, retention targets, and other key experience metrics
Lead projects such as improving operational efficiencies in complaint investigation processes, reducing average handling time of customer calls by improving data access, and automating warranty replacement handling
Work with cross-functional teams to set strategy, evaluate ideas, prioritize features, define releases, manage product roadmap, timelines, and budget
Coordinate with cross-functional ADC and Abbott team members worldwide
Report project status and progress to ADC senior Management
