Candidates need a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, 0-3 years of experience in construction or engineering, proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic project management software, ability to read and interpret construction documents, strong organizational and communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.
Preferred qualifications include internship or co-op experience in construction or engineering, particularly in site surveying, earthwork, In-Situ Stabilization, mechanics of solids (soils), hydraulics, structural theory, and engineering geology, plus proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, USACE QCS systems, and site surveying with conventional and GPS methods.
