Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent
At least 2 years' experience in an industrial and/or automated environment; experience in a distribution and logistics center is an asset
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in terms of flows and processes (Warehouse Management)
Creative and enjoy developing new tools
Familiar with WMS, ERP, and Power BI systems; knowledge of Autocad is an asset
Able to work in English (minimum C1) and French (minimum B1-B2)
Solution and results-oriented, and communicate effectively with various contacts
Organized, rigorous, and able to manage projects from conceptualization to implementation in the field
Positive attitude and good team spirit

Responsibilities

Improve the overall efficiency of the Distribution Center by analyzing processes, developing new tools, managing and participating in various projects
Implement and monitor various projects in close collaboration with cross-functional teams in support and operations
Adopt a structured and meticulous approach to project management, ensuring rigorous follow-up of action plans and effective planning
Communicate clearly with the management team
Analyze all different systems (Pyramid, Beumer, Knapp, PKMS) in the Warehouse and understand their functionalities
Create functional descriptions and detailed procedures for different flows, proposing changes where necessary
Act as a driving force and actively participate in the continuous improvement of the distribution center's efficiency
Develop improvement methodologies and use industrial engineering techniques to optimize process and information flows
Use dashboards and productivity tools to improve day-to-day management of operations
Work in close collaboration with the Data Analyst and IT department to develop new tools
