Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Process, or related discipline)
  • Minimum 3 years of engineering experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (preferably food, pharma, or infant nutrition)
  • Proven track record in project management and execution
  • Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Project and other engineering tools is an advantage
  • PM qualification not necessary but an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support capital and process improvement projects from concept through to implementation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Operations and Maintenance
  • Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments
  • Ensure all projects comply with GMP, food safety standards, and relevant regulatory requirements
  • Prepare and present project documentation including URS, FDS, validation protocols, and reports
  • Manage contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
  • Support commissioning and qualification activities for new equipment and systems
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes and equipment reliability
