Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Process, or related discipline)
Minimum 3 years of engineering experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (preferably food, pharma, or infant nutrition)
Proven track record in project management and execution
Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proficiency in MS Project and other engineering tools is an advantage
PM qualification not necessary but an advantage

Responsibilities

Lead and support capital and process improvement projects from concept through to implementation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Operations and Maintenance
Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments
Ensure all projects comply with GMP, food safety standards, and relevant regulatory requirements
Prepare and present project documentation including URS, FDS, validation protocols, and reports
Manage contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
Support commissioning and qualification activities for new equipment and systems
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes and equipment reliability
