Candidates should possess 5-8 years of direct experience in managing corporate events and securing speakers, with experience across various industries. A proven history of organizing and executing both physical corporate events and virtual engagements, such as webinars and online meetings, is essential. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, the ability to present effectively in a corporate setting, and demonstrated experience in managing external vendors and service providers are required. A strong focus on customer satisfaction and achieving results, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, is also necessary.
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of corporate events, including both on-ground and virtual formats across multiple platforms. This role involves acquiring speakers by pitching LEIG concepts to key decision-makers in various industries and building strong speaker relationships. The coordinator will partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and work with audience acquisition teams to meet client delivery goals for Dun and Bradstreet. Adherence to the highest levels of controls and compliance while meeting fulfillment targets is critical. The role also includes attending D&B events for on-ground coordination, ensuring efficient resource utilization within budget, and collaborating with the marketing team for collateral creation. Responsibilities extend to content creation for HTML mailers, social media posts, and invites, as well as vendor onboarding and management. Additionally, the coordinator will monitor and manage project costs, work with finance teams for timely invoice and payment closures, maintain accurate business reports, and foster an atmosphere of trust and transparency within the team.
