Responsibilities

Oversee the creation, organization, and storage of all construction-related documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, permits, and change orders
Ensure that all documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with project standards and industry regulations. Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
Monitor, review, and update project schedule documentation and files using scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) to ensure that construction projects stay on track
Assist in the preparation and management of project budgets, track project costs, and provide regular cost reports to senior management
Maintain and manage a digital document control system to track, store, and retrieve documents efficiently. Ensure all team members are trained on the document control system
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely distribution of relevant documentation and information
Monitor the flow of documentation and provide regular reports on document status
