Requirements

Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably within the IT professional services or software industry. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote). Essential skills include strong time management, project management, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities, excellent writing and communication skills with keen attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating flexibility, accountability, initiative, and self-motivation. The ability to collaborate effectively with remote project teams of varying seniority levels, work styles, and schedules is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Project Associate will support the Delivery organization by assisting Service Delivery Managers and Engagement Managers with project setup, monitoring project plans, schedules, budgets, and communication processes. Responsibilities include leading transitions for new customer accounts, maintaining project plans and schedules, monitoring expenditures, documenting meeting actions and decisions, and providing process support to the Delivery organization. This role ensures projects adhere to quality standards, maintains project documentation, coordinates with various functional groups (sales, delivery, marketing, legal, finance, resource management), and assists in developing presentation and demonstration materials, standardizing content across platforms in alignment with company guidelines.
