Requirements

Strong understanding of contract terms, project management principles, and financial performance metrics

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship
Must have a reliable form of transportation

Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales, service, billing, and legal teams to ensure accurate project setup, including service/task structures, signed proposals, client purchase orders, and customer details
Partner with the billing team to resolve discrepancies, disputes, and issues promptly, making necessary adjustments to projects or billing contracts to prevent future issues
Oversee project forecasting, revenue recognition, billing schedules, and cost tracking in Oracle Fusion Projects
Review contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Act as the main point of contact for contract-related inquiries from internal stakeholders
Track and report financial performance of projects, ensuring accurate billing, costing, and revenue recognition
Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement and provide regular reporting on projects/billing contracts and performance to management
Support month end close process, including routine project and P&L review
Conduct account reviews on a routine basis based on performance and management needs
Assist in the documentation of internal processes and policies
Ensure accuracy in billing contracts and project setups, maintaining consistency with established business processes
Communicate with branch offices to ensure developed standards are adhered to and necessary follow-up is completed
Perform additional duties as required
