Requirements

  • 5 years of work experience in Services (consulting, project management) or in Industry
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects in large corporate settings, with accountability for P&L and results
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and client relationship skills
  • Outstanding analytics and problem-solving skills
  • Experience and passion for Health Care
  • BSc or Master's Degree

Responsibilities

  • Manage the operational aspects of projects and programs, delivering IQVIA’s experience, expertise, and capabilities to Clinical Centres and Patients
  • Provide management reports relating to Programmes finances and performance
  • Provide input into project proposals and RFPs, participate in proposal development, and sales/proposal presentations
  • Act as a single point of contact for project/program status
  • Oversee the development of the project and ensure that team members carry out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards
  • Design, deliver, and manage innovative solutions and projects for Clients
  • Plan programs and project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables
  • Work with line managers to ensure that any study, staff, or communication issues are accurately and promptly escalated and resolved
  • Ensure that staff work to the highest standard in compliance with current SOPs, relevant guidelines/policies, and regulatory requirements
