Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned residential treatment program, coordinating with clinical services and preparing for licensure while ensuring compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules and Statutes
  • Oversee daily program operations, including clinical, medical, and therapeutic services, ensuring integration of best practices like Harm Reduction, Trauma-Informed Care, and Motivational Interviewing
  • Maintain program budget, track expenses, and participate in budget negotiations and forecasting
  • Provide leadership and supervision to staff, including training, performance management, and scheduling, ensuring adequate shift coverage and compliance with agency policies
  • Develop and manage the therapeutic milieu, model therapeutic interventions, and assist staff in resolving difficult situations
  • Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the facility, grounds, and equipment, including vehicle maintenance, fire drills, and safety inspections
  • Oversee medication management services, including staff training, quality assurance audits, and compliance with prescriber orders
  • Administer medications and perform delegated tasks as trained, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Facilitate resident care by coordinating with treatment team members, case managers, and external providers, including monitoring clients under PSRB jurisdiction
  • Oversee resident services, including meal planning, life skills training, crisis response, and maintaining compliance with treatment plans and care authorizations
