Responsibilities

Deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services by leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes
Monitor and control service level agreements to ensure alignment with organizational goals and client expectations
Act as a subject matter expert, managing and collaborating with the team to perform effectively; take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key organizational decisions
Provide solutions to challenges for immediate team and across multiple teams, ensuring alignment and successful delivery
Apply intermediate proficiency in contract management to oversee and manage contractual obligations effectively
Utilize beginner-level proficiency in contracting regulations to ensure compliance and adherence to relevant standards
Facilitate effective communication among team members to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation to track progress, outcomes, and knowledge sharing
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimize disruptions
Monitor project performance metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability
Ensure proper records management practices are followed to maintain compliance and support project documentation needs
