Project Management Certifications: PMI or Agile methodologies
Experience: Minimum of 8 years managing software development projects
Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Strong understanding and hands-on experience
Executive Communication: Excellent ability to communicate effectively at C-Level
Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building capabilities with both technical and business teams
Tools Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project and experience with JIRA
Risk & Issue Management: Intermediate-level expertise in identifying and managing risks and issues
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of infrastructure and architecture concepts
Insurance Industry: Familiarity with fundamental insurance concepts
Language Skills: Intermediate proficiency in English
Additional Competencies: Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in dynamic environments

Responsibilities

Manage the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes
Define project scope and monitor execution of deliverables
Communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborate and manage the team to perform, and be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure successful delivery
Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project goals
Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders regularly
Identify and mitigate project risks effectively
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
