Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Program Control Services and 15 years of full-time education. A strong understanding of project management methodologies, frameworks, risk management, and mitigation strategies is required, along with analytical skills for project performance metrics and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

The Program/Project Management Lead will manage the overall delivery of programs and projects to achieve business outcomes. This includes defining project scope, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and communicating with multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes. The lead will also act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams on key decisions, provide solutions to problems, facilitate regular meetings for alignment, and develop project documentation.
