Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and facilitating routines to support delivery kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc
  • Planning and coordinating delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
  • Supporting Enterprise Change Management Standards
  • Program level status reporting and key control indicators
  • Facilitating dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal
  • Promoting and facilitating communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timeline
  • Gathering and facilitating status updates for deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule
  • Ensuring execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with sponsor and stakeholders
  • Ensuring deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards
  • Supporting resource planning for delivery execution
