Responsibilities

Lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service
Leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements
Perform routine work and requested standard work according to procedure manuals (SOP)
Perform non-standard work requests according to client demands (including investigation)
Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements using Java and SQL/PLSQL
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize application requirements
Develop and maintain technical documentation related to application development
Monitor and maintain applications
Troubleshoot and debug application issues, providing timely resolution to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance
