The Program Manager will optimize policies and processes to improve user experience and internal operations, creating and maintaining proposals, project charters, workflows, and comprehensive policies. They will drive Trust and Safety initiatives using AI to enhance program quality and efficiency, plan and prioritize projects, use data for strategic decisions, mitigate risks, and implement solutions for identified gaps and pain points. Responsibilities also include maintaining key Trust and Safety programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on vision and strategy, drafting standard operating procedures, investigating problem areas, and presenting recommendations for future-state workflows.
