Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with at least 7 years of program management experience, specifically within a technology or industrial automation environment. Strong leadership and communication skills are required, as is the ability to influence and motivate teams, and to make high-pressure decisions based on available information. Experience with Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and SAFe methodologies is also beneficial.

Responsibilities

The Program Manager, QME will serve as the primary QME/ISC representative for NPI/Continuation Engineering projects, engaging with department leadership to plan, execute, and maintain product portfolios. They will manage resource requirements for Industrialization Design, represent QME/ISC in governance and milestone approvals, communicate program status to leadership, handle escalations, ensure QME/ISC engagement with ARTs, provide feedback to functional managers, and collect voice of customer feedback to drive NPI and continuation program success.
