Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or similar experience
  • 3+ years experience in a similar role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead structured meetings
  • Strong multi-tasking, analytical, and collaboration skills
  • Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills to Senior Leadership
  • Good interpersonal skills and capable of building strong relationships across multiple teams and time zones
  • Proven ability to drive Cross-Functional Alignment by facilitating communication, and aligning shared goals
  • Solid Decision Making skills in program and project-related matters, utilizing understanding of business context, strategic objectives and priorities to evaluate options, assess risks, and recommend solutions
  • Good understanding of Governance Management principles and their application in managing programs and projects
  • Proven ability to lead Meeting Facilitation effectively, ensuring clear agendas, active participation, and actionable follow-ups to drive outcomes
  • Ability to take initiative and self-start, and developing strong Proactive Thinking skills by anticipating potential problems and identifying opportunities in programs
  • Solid understanding of Project Documentation standards and the ability to create, manage, and maintain appropriate documentation according to audience needs and size / impact of the project
  • Solid Project Management skills

Responsibilities

  • Own strategic projects that drive transformation and evolution across teams and functions
  • Improve and scale best practices in internal programs definition, execution, and communication
  • Ability to present information to leaders and provide regular reporting to senior leadership
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in internal metrics
