Demonstrated experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects and programs, particularly those involving M&A integrations, is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, as is the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
The Program Manager will collaborate with executive stakeholders to structure business problems, develop and analyze requirements, and propose solutions; they will also drive progress on high-priority, cross-functional programs, projects, and initiatives, communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding program status and goals, and identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to foster operational excellence.
