As Program Manager at Wilcore, you’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of one or more programs supporting digital modernization efforts at the VA. You’ll oversee agile teams composed of engineers, designers, product managers, and other specialists, ensuring alignment with mission goals, compliance standards, and delivery timelines.

Compensation

United States Wage Range: $110,000 – $155,000

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically
  • Must be able to attain low-level security clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the successful delivery of one or more programs supporting digital modernization efforts at the VA.
  • Oversee agile teams composed of engineers, designers, product managers, and other specialists.
  • Ensure alignment with mission goals, compliance standards, and delivery timelines.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience leading digital delivery teams
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, etc.)
  • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams across the software development lifecycle
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Knowledge of user-centered design, AI/machine learning, cloud, and digital transformation best practices
  • Familiarity with federal IT compliance and reporting standards
  • PMP, CSM, SAFe, or related certification preferred

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)
  • Understanding of VA platforms such as VA.gov, Lighthouse APIs or similar
  • Experience as a federal contractor or supporting prime contracts
  • Exposure to human-centered design or digital product strategy
