Requirements

  • Bachelor graduate at least

  • Strong personality and able to lead a diverse team
  • Ownership and act with urgency, have passion for results
  • Program management with 5-10 years’ experience in automotive industry
  • English skills to handle cross-country communications

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Product Development Process (PDP), including coordinating all activities and interfacing with the team
  • Manage the organization through headcount, budget, and other department-driven activities
  • Implement a date-driven management culture based on PDP
  • Overall management of all projects' financial & schedule, meet related stakeholder expectations and targets
  • Champion of the APTIV flawless launches initiative
  • Champion a common PDP system across L&P, consistent with global direction
  • Lead value stream improvements for the PDP process
  • Represent A/P as a member of the global PDP team
  • Assure metrics are maintained and reported timely to the team
  • Assure PDP information is maintained in the CBU quick place
  • Facilitate PDP gate reviews for the CBU (low/high risk) reviews
  • Participate in China Low/High Risk Reviews
  • Personnel and budget control
  • Comply with internal control requirements, H&S, and Aptiv Business Process
