Strong personality and able to lead a diverse team

Program management with 5-10 years’ experience in automotive industry
English skills to handle cross-country communications

Responsibilities

Manage the Product Development Process (PDP), including coordinating all activities and interfacing with the team
Manage the organization through headcount, budget, and other department-driven activities
Implement a date-driven management culture based on PDP
Overall management of all projects' financial & schedule, meet related stakeholder expectations and targets
Champion of the APTIV flawless launches initiative
Champion a common PDP system across L&P, consistent with global direction
Lead value stream improvements for the PDP process
Represent A/P as a member of the global PDP team
Assure metrics are maintained and reported timely to the team
Assure PDP information is maintained in the CBU quick place
Facilitate PDP gate reviews for the CBU (low/high risk) reviews
Participate in China Low/High Risk Reviews
Personnel and budget control
Comply with internal control requirements, H&S, and Aptiv Business Process
