Requirements

The Program Manager should have experience supporting space mission integration needs and analyzing cooperative agreements. Familiarity with international affairs, USSF, Air Force, and interagency organizations is expected. Experience in planning, managing, and executing tasks for working groups, including developing products like schedules, agendas, white papers, and presentations, is also required. The role involves attending and relaying information from various space engagement talks and forums, and liaising between organizations.

Responsibilities

The Program Manager will conduct research and analyze existing cooperative agreements to determine their suitability for SSC PEO space mission integration needs. They will develop analysis products, assist in drafting international cooperative agreements and exceptions to National Disclosure Policy, and support data calls and requests for information. The role involves facilitating collaboration and coordination across numerous organizations, attending and gathering information from international partner visits, key leader engagements, conferences, and various meetings, and taking notes at these events. Responsibilities also include researching, analyzing, and recommending solutions for integrating international partner space capabilities, examining space requirements for warfighter systems to identify potential gap-filling systems, and supporting international working groups. Additionally, the Program Manager will conduct technical documentation analysis, create products for international affairs activities, attend and report on Space Engagement Talks and Forums, and act as a liaison between SSC/IA and USSF HQ elements. They will provide weekly summaries of activities and assist leadership in scheduling engagements.
