Requirements

  • Program management experience in software and/or hardware development
  • Deep understanding of the product lifecycle and bug lifecycle
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working in a global, multi-site environment
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing expectations of stakeholders and executives
  • B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Lead and track software release execution, monitor planned deliveries, issues, timelines, and release notes
  • Identify and remove roadblocks, provide mitigation plans, and continually improve release and development processes for efficiency and quality
  • Oversee the bug lifecycle for hundreds of field-reported defects
  • Coordinate activities across multiple R&D teams, follow up on prioritization and progress, and resolve bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery
  • Establish the infrastructure for measuring R&D KPIs
  • Define and communicate indicators to drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the product lifecycle
  • Play a key role in shaping the organizational roadmap and ensuring alignment across stakeholders
