Responsibilities

Lead and track software release execution, monitor planned deliveries, issues, timelines, and release notes
Identify and remove roadblocks, provide mitigation plans, and continually improve release and development processes for efficiency and quality
Oversee the bug lifecycle for hundreds of field-reported defects
Coordinate activities across multiple R&D teams, follow up on prioritization and progress, and resolve bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery
Establish the infrastructure for measuring R&D KPIs
Define and communicate indicators to drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the product lifecycle
Play a key role in shaping the organizational roadmap and ensuring alignment across stakeholders
