Set the vision for programs in partnership with the Talent team
Lead a small team (2-3 people) with the plan to grow into a management role
Orchestrate strategic efforts across multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment, execution, and measurable outcomes
Translate high-level talent strategies into clear, scalable programs
Build processes and tools to drive execution
Ensure the team is delivering against priorities
Provide day-to-day oversight for the team, including coaching, setting direction, and ensuring smooth collaboration across initiatives
