Requirements

  • Significant experience in Business Operations, Product/Program Management, or Chief of Staff-type roles in a tech, product, or engineering organization
  • Skilled at designing and driving planning cadences, operating reviews, and strategic initiatives
  • Deep understanding of how tech organizations function

Responsibilities

  • Build and evolve the Tech Ops operating system: Establish and drive operating rhythms (e.g., OKRs, planning cycles, operating reviews); evolve product and technical planning frameworks (e.g., Now/Next/Later); design and implement scalable systems and processes; proactively identify and close gaps in operational excellence
  • Strengthen team culture and focus: Partner with Tech Ops leadership to define and activate priorities around culture, engagement, and development; design and execute offsites, forums, and communications; identify and elevate opportunities to improve Tech Ops ways of working
  • Drive cross-functional strategic projects: Lead special projects across functions (e.g., PR launches, product roadmap planning, collaboration with Coaching or Member Experience); diagnose bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and deliver actionable insights; ensure clear definition, tracking, and communication of project goals, timelines, and outcomes
  • Serve as connective tissue across Tech Ops: Build alignment and trust across Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and other teams through facilitation, documentation, and follow-through; create visibility and cohesion by connecting information, decisions, and priorities; act as thought partner to leadership to translate strategy into execution
