Responsibilities

Manage project timelines and deadlines for research and grantmaking workflows, flag risks, adjust based on priorities, keep team trackers updated, and understand project alignment with team goals
Create investigation templates and tools to maintain consistent high standards
Communicate clearly with internal and external contacts, including writing/sending messages to grantees, generating call agendas, tracking/communicating follow-ups, updating project statuses, ensuring smooth handoffs, and flagging unusual situations early
Ensure precision in public-facing documents (e.g., source citations), update trackers with current information, assign/follow up on tasks timely, and maintain organized project files
Identify inefficiencies/bottlenecks, propose/implement solutions, creatively assist with planning/execution/repioritizing, improve guidance/templates/processes, handle straightforward issues independently, and flag complex challenges with options
