Responsibilities

  • Create investigation templates and tools to maintain consistent high standards
  • Communicate clearly with internal and external contacts, including writing/sending messages to grantees, generating call agendas, tracking/communicating follow-ups, updating project statuses, ensuring smooth handoffs, and flagging unusual situations early
  • Ensure precision in public-facing documents (e.g., source citations), update trackers with current information, assign/follow up on tasks timely, and maintain organized project files
  • Identify inefficiencies/bottlenecks, propose/implement solutions, creatively assist with planning/execution/repioritizing, improve guidance/templates/processes, handle straightforward issues independently, and flag complex challenges with options
