The Professional Services Strategy & Business Operations Sr. Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and drive growth within Professional Services. Key duties include leveraging data-based strategies for operational transformation, identifying and prioritizing new professional services opportunities, conducting competitive analysis, developing business cases, and establishing adherence to Project Management Office (PMO) best practices for technical delivery.
