Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)
  • Typically 5+ years implementation project/project management experience (preferred)
  • Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment in an Operations, Supply Chain or Engineering leadership role (preferred)
  • B.S. degree in business/engineering/related fields, or equivalent experience (preferred)
  • Strong presentation skills and comfort presenting to both shop floor operators and C-Suite executives (preferred)
  • Exceptional organization, time management and communication skills (preferred)
  • PMP certification (preferred)
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Engage in pre-sales cycle on “all things” services of varying size and complexity
  • Champion Plex's implementation methodology and drive it through each sales opportunity
  • Provide mentoring and guidance on Professional Services processes during pre and post sales engagements to ensure consistent quality of services delivery during the project
  • Lead the Plex and customer team to proactively identify and design first level of project engagement / to identify potential risks and issues that could impact overall project scope, schedule, or budget
  • Responsible for quota/bookings individual forecasting and attainment
  • Participate in Customer Steering Committee meetings, Milestone Events, and internal Portfolio Reviews for assigned projects
  • Ensure that projects are staffed and planned effectively in collaboration with resource management
  • Ensure that opportunities are designed to be delivered within time and budget estimations
  • Build relationships with Plex Sales teams (ESSE's) and Sales Engineering (ESSC's) along with delivery and Support teams
