Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Professional Services Implementation position within the Contact Center industry. A strong background in contact center platforms and tools such as Nice InContact, Dialpad, or Five9 is required, along with expert-level knowledge of JavaScript, C++, C Sharp, or HTML scripting, Networking, API, WFM, PBX, Dialer, ACD, CTI, VoIP, and IVR/VRU. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, and experience supporting global customers are essential. The ideal candidate must be a strategic thinker, able to work independently with minimal guidance, manage multiple priorities effectively, and maintain positive client relationships.

Responsibilities

The Professional Services Contact Center Engineer will drive the implementation of RingCX and RingCentral Contact Center (RCCC) functionality, including design, build, and training. Responsibilities include managing multiple Contact Center projects simultaneously for various customers, assessing solution specifications against customer requirements, and recommending design changes to optimize value. The engineer will also create customer-facing documentation, execute tasks and deliverables according to project plans, assist with status reporting and issue escalation, and provide consultation to customers to ensure they receive the full benefits of proposed solutions.
