Requirements

Passionate about improving and expanding vision treatments
Based in Markham, Ontario, Canada
Knowledge of Health Care Compliance (HCC), Finance, and internal policies
Familiarity with industry regulations (e.g., MedTech Code of Conduct)
Ability to manage travel and accommodation for faculty
Skills in rigorous, systematic, metric-oriented tracking and monitoring of programs
Experience with professional services agreements, honoraria processing, disclosure tracking, payments, budget reconciliation, and audit preparation
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and professional societies
Strong partnership and collaboration skills with business leaders and global teams

Responsibilities

Support all JJSV and JJVC education initiatives, COE and KOL development, and management of Advisory Boards
Provide oversight, review, and approval of all Grant and Fellowship requests in collaboration with Health Care Compliance and Finance
Support educational strategies aligning with global and organizational business objectives
Assist in planning and executing educational events including peer-to-peer programs, speaker training, roundtables, and conference activities
Manage travel and accommodation for faculty, ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations
Execute metric-oriented approaches to track and monitor medical education program implementation and impact
Facilitate professional services agreements, honoraria processing, and disclosure tracking per company and legal policies
Assist with audit preparation, track and reconcile payments, budget utilization, and engagement timelines
Develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and professional societies to enhance program development
Develop and maintain partnerships with JJSV business leaders and Global Source Companies for alignment and innovation
Support development and execution of medical education programs, including facilitation, coordination, and management of KOLs, facilities, logistics, and vendors
Utilize J&J CWT Travel and Event management Services and streamline processes to meet business and HCC needs
Implement professional education strategies tailored to JJSV and JJVC Canada needs
Ensure HCP Educational content is current, copy approved, relevant to the business plan, and compliant with government and legal requirements by working with content leads and vendors
Connect with Education colleagues to implement best practices and leverage learning tools from other jurisdictions
