Requirements

Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, along with one to two years of experience in a relevant field. They must demonstrate manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude, and possess the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and equipment manuals. Strong communication skills, including the ability to read, speak, and write English, are required, with bilingual Spanish skills being helpful. The ability to attention to details, quick learning, and the capacity to work under minimal supervision are also necessary.
