Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and adjust Kiefel machine using HMI controls or manual adjustments
Load and replenish production supplies (e.g., injection sites, tubing, PVC/Non-PVC roll stock, adhesive) at production rates
Perform scheduled quality checks, disposition product, identify deviations, and take action including stopping production if necessary
Inspect finished product to ensure quality standards are met
Load and secure finished product in mobile closets
Execute machine changeovers (material changeovers only) when assigned
Document required information on manufacturing logs and/or POMS system
Identify, correct, or escalate machine performance inefficiencies
Test, inspect, and package Inter-Plant Shipping Orders (IPSO)
Notify supervisor and take appropriate action for safety, quality, or mechanical issues
Learn, understand, and apply quality standards, SOPs, and cGMP
Maintain a clean and safe work area using 6S principles
