Requirements

  • High School diploma or General Education
  • 1-3 years of general work experience
  • Prior production/manufacturing experience preferred
  • Basic math skills and reading comprehension
  • Ability to lift 60lbs
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, lift, climb, crouch, bend, reach, and stoop
  • Currently authorized to work full-time in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Perform tasks using filler, packaging, box-forming, sealing, and palletizing equipment
  • Operate forklift and load packages/containers onto machines
  • Supply line with raw materials needed
  • Check for proper filling, seals, and damaged product
  • Set up printers/labelers for various flavors
  • Record statistical data and number of containers filled
  • Rework product if damaged containers (leakers) or pour up waste syrup
  • Wash equipment between flavors and clean/sanitize machines
  • Perform preventative maintenance and clear jams on machines as needed
  • Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Full compliance with Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), Safety Management System (SMS), and Food Safety Management System (FSMS)
  • Actively comply with all standard safety practices, safety rules, and company rules/policies
