High School Certificate with strong results in science or technology subjects (desirable but not essential)
A technical certification in one of the following fields: Electronics, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, Optical Technology/Photonics, Precision Manufacturing (desirable but not essential)
Expertise in precision assembly techniques
Proficiency in using hand tools and precision measuring instruments
Ability to read and follow complex work instructions and technical drawings
Experience with clean room operations (desirable)
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for documentation and reporting

Responsibilities

Assembling complex micro-optical and electromechanical components following detailed work instructions
Operating custom automation equipment for precision assembly processes
Troubleshooting sub-assemblies and reporting quality issues
Collaborating with Engineering and New Product Introduction (NPI) teams for prototype builds
Contributing to 5S and continuous improvement initiatives
